4 - Fund Raising Team Publicity:
Fund Raising Team (BMRF) YANSET (Yanley & North Somerset Environmental Company) YANSEC bid (£12.5k for new play equipment) will be resubmitted by BM. John Knowlson has agreed to match fund.

Marks & Spencer Green Bag scheme (Community Spaces/Groundwork)
JF contacted head office. Up to £25k available. 40 projects across the UK ongoing but due to finish in May. Contact local Groundwork Trust about applying for then. Need to gather ideas eg natural playspace/planting scheme?? And discuss with them.

Bristol Community Partnership (BCP)
Following an application for bat/bird boxes £300 has been granted. Thanks to BM and BCP. St Anne's school keen to get involved. BT/JF/BM to look at and order appropriate boxes. JF's partner has agreed to put them up (before 23/2/09).
Following an application for website support £100 has been granted. Thanks to BM and BCP again.
Bristol Play Pathfinder investment programme
John Williams (project development officer (BCC parks) has informed us that Arno's Park has been allocated £65k, with the possibility of another £20k match funds, for improving and developing the children’s play area (targeting 8-13yr olds). Consultation will be taking place soon with a view that works will take place Dec 2009-Jan 2010. All must be completed by the end of March 2010. All to think of ideas for inclusion. BM to collate from APAG & look at linking in other bids to extend play age range.

No update.
6 - Youth links
JF now has made contact re investigating costs of mobile skate park but needs to visit Wicklea on a Sat. to discuss with skate park organiser.
7 - Cemetery links / development: PM
Natural pond will be developed by Cemetery Trust and access will be from the cemetery. All expressed disappointment.
Cemetary Gate/access to Arno’s park opening – has still not been settled. Cemetary Trust cannot meet the cost of opening it on a daily basis. They have approached local police and rejected the ideas put forward by APAG. PM to clarify what the costs are with a view to us fundraising/applying for a grant to ensure this access continues.
BM to contact RS re meeting to discuss funding sources/cost of signage once funding for the gate being opened is secured.

9 - Environmental Report
Path from Withleigh/Somerset Rd drainage - BT still to feedback to Claire Adams (community park manager).
BT will follow up conversations with local cycle groups about plans for park/tarmac area by playground and Janine Everett (education link to cemetary).
Event co-ordination team: Emma Channon (EC)/Steve Pearce (SP)
EC has made contact with the ‘Once’ theatre group and has arranged a viewing of the park to see if it is appropriate for a production & shall ask them re insurance.
Easter Egg Hunt
SPe keen to be involved still but does not wish to organise. Volunteer required.
